Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled Duty Manager to join our team at one of our resort locations. As a key member of our front office team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the Reception desk, providing exceptional customer service, and managing guest issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Reception desk, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process for guests
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as managing guest records and processing payments
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
- Proven experience in a front office or customer service role, preferably in a supervisory capacity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, such as property management systems
