We are seeking an experienced Organizational Development Leader to join our team at Chisholm Institute of TAFE. As the Manager of Workforce Development, you will play a key role in leading our Workforce Development team and driving organizational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and facilitate the Chisholm Professional Development Framework and ensure compliance training.
- Oversee the Annual Employee Conference and manage related projects.
- Develop and implement projects related to Chisholm's capability framework, leadership development framework, and succession planning.
- Lead the development and implementation of employee experience and inclusion programs.
- Review, refresh, and align the Performance and Development Review Plan with Chisholm's strategic and operational plans.
- Oversee the Employee Rewards and Recognition Program.
We are looking for a candidate with a deep commitment to customer-focused stakeholder management, influencing skills, and the ability to work at all levels. You will have a strong understanding and experience in the design and development of learning and development solutions, as well as a strong stakeholder relationship management focus on continuous improvement.
Qualifications and ExperienceRelevant tertiary qualifications and extensive experience in Workforce Development, Organizational Development, Change Management, or a relevant discipline are required for this role.
