We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Philanthropy Team. The Grants Manager will be responsible for establishing and coordinating grants from charitable entities on behalf of clients.
The role involves developing and maintaining relationships with charitable organisations, supporting the grant making process, and coordinating across the grant cycle. Key responsibilities include:
- Researching and reporting on emerging sector trends and best practice;
- Quality improvements to ensure a premium level of service via integrated client account teams;
- Supporting the preparation of board papers and grant agreements;
- Coordinating grant payments, grantee reports, acquittals, and maintenance of client filed and the grants management system.
You will have 5 years' experience gained in philanthropy, grant-making or not-for-profit organisations, with relevant work experience or tertiary qualification in Law, Business/Commerce, Marketing, Public Policy, Public Health, International Development or similar. Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to present findings in written or verbal presentations, are also essential. A passion to support the not-for-profit sector and advance the impact of family philanthropy in Australia is required.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and charitable organisations.
