**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Manager, also known as a Culinary Operations Leader, to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading, motivating, and supporting our Franchisees and their teams to drive sales growth and deliver results. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality, while also building and maintaining strong relationships with our Franchisees and their teams.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Lead and motivate Franchisees and their teams to achieve sales growth and deliver results

• Ensure the highest standards of food safety and quality are maintained across all restaurants

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Franchisees and their teams

• Drive profitability and implement cost-saving initiatives

• Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant operations and customer satisfaction

**Requirements**

• Proven experience in multi-site management, dealing with corporate restaurants and/or Franchisees

• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with Franchisees and their teams

• Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams

• Experience driving profitability and implementing cost-saving initiatives

• Strong knowledge of the fast-food industry and market trends
