Job Title: General Manager - Car Detailing Operations

Handwash Enterprises is a leading provider of mobile car detailing services, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence across all sites.
  • Oversee the daily operations of all nine mobile car detailing locations, ensuring efficient execution of strategies and effective management of resources.
  • Manage the financial performance of the business, preparing budgets, monitoring financial reports, and analysing data to inform decision-making.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop site managers and their teams, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained across all sites, addressing customer feedback and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Comply with relevant regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental requirements, implementing and monitoring safety procedures and risk management practices.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for business expansion and improvement, developing and implementing marketing and promotional strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior operational leadership role, preferably within the mobile car detailing or service industry.
  • Strong understanding of corporate management principles, strategic planning, and multi-site operations.
  • Excellent financial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, with a focus on developing talent and fostering a positive work culture.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex operational challenges effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
