About the Role

At Coles, we're seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our dynamic legal team. As a key member of our Litigation Team, you'll play a critical role in providing expert legal advice and support across a broad spectrum of litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee complex litigation cases from inception to resolution.

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.

• Advise senior management on potential legal risks and implications of litigation matters.

• Develop and implement effective litigation strategies to protect Coles' interests.

• Collaborate with external counsel and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless case management.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations affecting the company.
