Thriving in a fast-paced brokerage environment, we seek an Assistant Insurance Professional to join our dynamic team. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior brokers to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for building strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and compile new business quotes and renewals, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Provide exceptional customer service, meeting tight turnaround times and exceeding client expectations
  • Assist in overall account management, debtor management, and business development initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal business processes and cost efficiencies, driving continuous improvement
  • Gather relevant client information and provide assistance to brokers, supporting informed decision-making
  • Ensure 100% accuracy of documentation and policies for external and internal clients and procedures
  • Stay informed of industry trends by attending internal and external training sessions, seminars, and workshops

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably with exposure to the insurance or financial services industry
  • Tier 1 qualification desirable or willingness to complete upon commencement
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Excellent administration skills, with a high attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy
  • Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth
