About the Role

The Digital Commerce Strategy Director will play a key role in driving the success of our online presence at Supercheap Auto. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work for a leading Australian retail group, with flexibility to work from home and in our state-of-the-art Support Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective merchandising and trading strategies to drive online sales and profitability across our portfolio of brands
  • Lead and inspire a motivated team of eComm Trading & Merch Specialists
  • Analyse customer data and shopping behaviour to identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement
  • Collaborate with the broader eCommerce and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and engaging customer experience
  • Monitor and report on the performance of online channels, identifying and actioning areas for improvement
What you Bring
  • Significant experience in eCommerce trading and merchandising, ideally within the retail industry
  • Strong understanding of online customer behaviour and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective merchandising and trading strategies to drive online sales and profitability
