As a Digital Strategy Leader at dentsu QLD, you will have the opportunity to lead the day-to-day relationship with clients, drive the implementation of strategies, and oversee the performance of accounts against key performance indicators (KPIs). You will be responsible for maintaining adherence to deadlines and managing the day-to-day operations and development of your team.

Job Description

The Digital Manager supports the Digital Director in client management, media planning, and reporting. This role involves being the account lead, living and breathing the brands, and being the go-to person for day-to-day management. The ideal candidate should be proficient in core media planning, buying, and reporting tools, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, and Google Analytics 4.

Responsibilities
  • You will work closely with the Digital Director to develop and implement digital strategies for our clients.
  • You will be responsible for managing client relationships, responding to briefs, negotiating with media partners, and providing digital media reporting and insights.
  • You will assist in the creation of timelines, contact reports, and other administrative tasks related to client management.
  • You will deliver best-in-class media planning with a full-channel view, utilizing proprietary and industry tools as needed.
Requirements
  • A passion for Queensland and its culture.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present clearly and confidently.
  • A solid understanding of planning, including brand planning, industry best practices, and points of view.
  • Skillful in creating meaningful connections with clients, team members, and media partners that generate trust and confidence.
  • Proven experience in supporting, training, teaching, and mentoring junior team members.
  • Experience in overall budget management/forecasting for clients.
