Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee pastry kitchen operations while ensuring adherence to all Food & Beverage policies, standards, and procedures.
- Assess weekly production requirements and communicate daily needs to kitchen staff.
- Support the Head and Sous Chef in all kitchen operations and food preparation.
- Prepare and cook pastry items, whether regularly or for special occasions.
- Innovate and create new applications, ideas, and systems, including artistic contributions.
- Determine food presentation methods and design decorative food displays.
- Maintain standards for purchasing, receiving, and food storage.
- Train staff in safety protocols.

Qualifications for this Role:
- Completion of a Trade Industry Qualification or Commercial Cookery Qualification.
- A strong passion for the culinary industry.
- Relevant experience in a similar position.
- Legal working rights in Australia.
- A desire to advance your career.
- Self-motivated and energized in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess innovative solutions and a proactive attitude.
- Open-minded with a creative approach to challenges.
