Job Role Overview

  • To support clients with all aspects of everyday living – personal care, washing, cleaning, laundry, preparing and cooking meals and shopping.
About You

We are looking for dedicated professionals who possess the following qualities:

  • Certificate III or IV in Individual Support/Disability or equivalent qualification.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries.
  • Experience working with people with disabilities of all ages.
  • Ability to perform tasks safely, autonomously and unsupervised with vulnerable persons.
  • Ability to actively listen and communicate sensitively and effectively with people with disabilities.
  • Current First Aid (Level II) certification.
  • Current Driver's License & Comprehensive Car Insurance.
  • Ability to demonstrate organisational values of Collaboration, Accountability, Versatility, Caring, Inclusivity.
  • Computer skills.
