Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Receptionist to join our Brisbane office support team. The successful candidate will provide administrative assistance to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression of our firm.
  • Manage the reception area, including answering phone calls, taking messages, and directing visitors to the appropriate staff member.
  • Assist with meeting room setup, including arranging teleconferences and video conferencing equipment.
  • Ensure the reception area, kitchen, and meeting rooms are clean and tidy at all times.
  • Manage stationery stock, including ordering supplies as needed.
  • Assist with the preparation of large mailouts, including mail merging and franking envelopes.
  • Provide backup support to the Executive Assistants with document finishing tasks, including scanning, photocopying, and binding.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent telephone manner and high level of professionalism.
  • Client service oriented and able to work independently as part of a busy team.
  • PC literate, including intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to manage areas of responsibility and take initiative.
  • Strong verbal, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Flexibility in relation to working hours and ability to change priorities and tasks as required.
