**Program Delivery Expertise:**

A key role within our Business Project Services Team, this permanent position offers the opportunity to join a dynamic and outcome-driven group. The successful candidate will be accountable for delivering programs of work within their portfolio and ensuring adherence to required standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Superior understanding and demonstrated experience in best practice program and project management competencies, including scope, time, cost, quality, stakeholder, communications, risk, procurement, and integration management
  • Outcome-focused, proactive, business-minded, results-oriented, and able to satisfy internal customer expectations in a dynamic environment
  • Proven leadership in managing, motivating, and developing staff to achieve excellent performance levels
  • Broad business acumen to identify opportunities, develop compelling business cases, and drive benefits with a positive impact on the bottom line
  • Proven track record of making sound decisions based on analysis and evidence while serving as a trusted advisor for solutions
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Technology, or a related discipline
