Director of Strategic Leadership

This role is responsible for designing and delivering innovative leadership programs to support capability growth and build high-performing teams.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with HR and business leaders to design and deliver leadership programs.
- Lead and inspire a team to deliver development initiatives.
- Develop and embed leadership capability to support business initiatives.
- Manage external partners and vendors to deliver leadership solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness to demonstrate measurable results.
The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional facilitation, coaching and communication skills. They will have proven experience in designing and delivering leadership development programs and strong leadership capabilities and stakeholder engagement skills.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in designing and delivering leadership development programs.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Exceptional facilitation, coaching and communication skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Organisational Development or a related field.
