Talent Acquisition Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

This is an ongoing full-time opportunity, working 35 hours per week in a hybrid work environment.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in recruitment, selection, and talent acquisition, as well as extensive knowledge of relevant policies, procedures, and legislation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing effective partnerships with hiring managers across the organisation
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process and providing fit-for-purpose assessment strategies
  • Providing coaching and support to hiring managers on legislative compliance

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex talent issues and work efficiently in a high-volume fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to operate with minimum supervision and meet challenging timeframes
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build good working relationships with both internal and external customers
  • Proactive, creative, and capable of thinking outside the box
