The Opportunity We're seeking both a Contract Administratorand Junior Contract Administratorto play integral roles on aflagship $300 M high rise residential developmentlocated in North Sydney.
You'll be working shoulder-to-shoulder with experienced Contract Manager, Director, Project Manager Site Managers, and Engineers—contributing to the delivery of a major project while developing your career in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Your Responsibilities Contract Management: Administer and oversee construction contracts in line with project goals and compliance requirements.
Cost Control: Manage budgets, track expenditures, and prepare financial reports, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts.
Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to manage expectations, resolve disputes, and negotiate favorable terms.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed records including variations, progress claims, and contract correspondence.
Tender Process: Assist with the preparation, issuing, and evaluation of tender documents.
Collaboration: Work closely with the broader delivery team to ensure timely and efficient contract administration.
