We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team, someone who can demonstrate excellent communication skills, time management, and problem-solving abilities. As an Occupational Rehabilitation Professional, you will be responsible for case management, conducting assessments, and developing customized plans to support clients in achieving their goals.

A successful candidate will have a qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Nursing, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, or Social Work, along with professional registration and a current driver's license. Your duties will include:

  • Managing caseloads and prioritizing tasks
  • Conducting functional capacity evaluations, worksite assessments, ergonomic assessments, and activities of daily living assessments
  • Developing and implementing injury prevention programs and workplace education initiatives
  • Collaborating with clients, employers, and medical professionals to achieve optimal outcomes

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Nursing, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, or Social Work
  • Professional registration with AHPRA, ESSA, AASW, or ASORC
  • Current driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
