Speech Pathologist Role

We are seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will be part of a collaborative environment providing evidence-based services to individuals with disabilities through various service delivery models.

  • Conduct assessments and develop interventions for children and adults with disabilities.
  • Work closely with clients and their support networks to maximize their level of function and social engagement.
  • Assist clients with technology assessment and recommendations.
  • Document and report client progress effectively.

This opportunity includes participation in our New Graduate Program for recent graduates, providing support and training to launch their career. The program offers weekly supervision, core competency skills training, group mentoring, and shadowing opportunities.

The successful candidate will work across leading software platforms, build relationships with stakeholders, and expand knowledge from senior clinicians within multidisciplinary teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in speech pathology.
  • Professional registration with AHPRA/SPA.
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC or Blue Card).
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Police Check and International Police Check (if applicable).
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
