  • Establish and maintain provider relationships to enable support for the business and drive positive outcomes.
  • Implement injury management strategies within teams and business units to ensure continuous improvement of health and work outcomes.
  • Coach and mentor teams on injury management methodology to reduce claim durations and costs.
  • Understand and adhere to relevant legislative requirements, escalating as necessary.

Our ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels. A background in occupational health or a related field would be an advantage.
