Return to Work Coordinator - 3 Month Contract

$45.23 per hour (incl. super) | Full-Time | Immediate Start

We're seeking an experienced Return to Work Coordinator to join a collaborative, supportive team on a full-time, 3-month contract starting ASAP.

In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting employee wellbeing and managing injury cases to achieve safe and timely return-to-work outcomes. You'll also contribute to promoting a positive workplace culture by delivering health and wellbeing initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of Workers Compensation cases, including complex and psychological matters.
  • Support injured or ill employees and their managers through the return-to-work process.
  • Develop and implement tailored return-to-work strategies in line with legislation.
  • Build strong relationships with employees, managers, and external providers.
  • Promote and deliver health and wellbeing initiatives across the organisation.

The ideal candidate:

  • Has experience in workplace rehabilitation and return-to-work coordination.
  • Possesses a strong understanding of relevant legislation and injury management processes.
  • Is an excellent communicator with proven stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Holds a qualification in occupational health and safety, health, nursing, or a related discipline, OR has equivalent experience.
  • Has an allied health background (desirable).
