The OpportunityThis is a key position that plays a central role in assisting injured workers to return to employment. As the primary point of contact, you will work closely with the injured worker, employer and any stakeholders involved in the treatment plan.
This is a permanent, full-time position based in our Sydney office, with flexibility to work from home once fully trained.
Your Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of workers' compensation claims, focusing on both physical and psychological injuries.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including injured workers, employers, treating practitioners, and rehab providers to support successful return-to-work outcomes.
- Drive proactive strategies that promote recovery and facilitate sustainable return-to-work plans.
- Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service, supported by strong and confident communication skills.
- Experience in allied health, workers compensation or insurance is highly desirable but not essential.
- A genuine passion for supporting individuals in their return-to-work journey.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, self-motivated and able to think creatively when engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Able to show empathy and maintain resilience during complex conversations.
- A strong track record of building rapport and fostering collaborative relationships with clients and customers.
