About this Role
- Ensure effective planning and deployment of administrative resources across the service.
As a key member of our team, you will provide leadership and support to the administration workforce, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of daily operations.
This role involves working closely with Program Managers to identify sustainable reporting solutions, conduct clinical audits, and ensure all accreditation criteria are met for health information maintained by administration staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the administration team.
- Collaborate with colleagues to review and refine internal and external reporting processes.
- Conduct regular clinical audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and implement effective systems and processes to meet accreditation requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with JCare, Rapid/CMI, Patient Administration Systems, and electronic health records.
- Ability to prepare and present reports.
About You:
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
- Autonomy and self-motivation with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- High level of oral and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role or relevant field.
