Job Title: Administrative Leadership Role
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring seamless workflow and timely task completion across multiple campuses.
- Lead a team of administrative staff, providing guidance and support to ensure consistent service standards.
- Manage student records, enrolment data, attendance registers, and assessment submissions within the Student Management System (SMS).
- C coordinate procurement, inventory management, and maintenance of office equipment and educational resources.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for student enquiries regarding administrative processes and general campus operations.
- Support trainers and assessors with administrative coordination, including timetabling, room bookings, and resource allocation.
- Assist with staff recruitment, onboarding, induction, and professional development to build a high-performing team.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between academic staff, management, and students to ensure smooth operational flow.
- A relevant Bachelor degree in Business or related field.
- At least 4 years' experience in a similar role, managing day-to-day office activities and overseeing team performance.
- Proven track record of administration, office management, and operations support, with expertise in strategic planning and risk management.
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer applications, particularly MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MYOB software.
- Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and initiative.
