Job Title: Administrative Leadership Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring seamless workflow and timely task completion across multiple campuses.
  • Lead a team of administrative staff, providing guidance and support to ensure consistent service standards.
  • Manage student records, enrolment data, attendance registers, and assessment submissions within the Student Management System (SMS).
  • C coordinate procurement, inventory management, and maintenance of office equipment and educational resources.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for student enquiries regarding administrative processes and general campus operations.
  • Support trainers and assessors with administrative coordination, including timetabling, room bookings, and resource allocation.
  • Assist with staff recruitment, onboarding, induction, and professional development to build a high-performing team.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between academic staff, management, and students to ensure smooth operational flow.
Requirements
  • A relevant Bachelor degree in Business or related field.
  • At least 4 years' experience in a similar role, managing day-to-day office activities and overseeing team performance.
  • Proven track record of administration, office management, and operations support, with expertise in strategic planning and risk management.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in computer applications, particularly MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MYOB software.
  • Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and initiative.
