Sydney Cancer Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiation Therapist to join our team in Wahroonga on a full-time basis for a 16-month contract. The primary purpose of this position is to provide quality radiation therapy treatment as prescribed by a Radiation Oncologist.
This role involves providing high-quality, safe, patient-centred clinical radiation therapy treatment delivery services that comply with all relevant safety and quality standards. You will maintain the highest standards of patient care and continually enhance the quality of service and patient experience.
Liaising with members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure patient needs are met in a timely manner is also an essential part of this role. You will exhibit a strong patient focus and treat all patients and their carers with respect, dignity, and equality.

We have a competitive salary package available, estimated to be around $100,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. To be successful in this role, you will need to have proven technical proficiency in radiation therapy treatment planning and delivery, effective interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated understanding of, and a commitment to, the delivery of high-quality radiation therapy services.
