About the Role

The primary objective of this position is to effectively manage field personnel and optimize resource allocation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for strategically assigning employees to jobs based on their skills, abilities, and availability.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize crew effectiveness
  • Manage employee contracts, vacation time, performance evaluations, and training needs in an efficient manner
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving employee concerns and conflicts
  • Recruit, hire, and train new employees while managing productivity metrics and ensuring safety standards are met
  • Assemble balanced crews for project execution with a focus on quality and efficiency

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as business administration, human resources, or management
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years of direct supervisory experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to solve complex problems and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
