**Job Description**

\

The Chief Technology Optimization Officer will be responsible for continually evaluating and refining IT processes and tools to improve technology solutions effectiveness and reliability. They will foster positive professional relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the business and key IT vendors.

**Requirements**

\

We are looking for someone who has:
• Demonstrated experience in an IT senior leadership role, including the management of programs, projects, budgets and improvement initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage vendor relationships, including escalations
• Demonstrated experience in working with agile project management methodologies
• High standards of professional behavior in dealings with stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving skills - especially when it comes to directly addressing user issues
• Exceptional organizational skills
• A Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Diploma of Project Management or similar industry qualifications or experience
