Job Title: Chief Human Resources Officer

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced and skilled human resources professional to lead HR operations across several states in Australia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies to support business objectives, managing and leading a team of HR professionals, and providing expert guidance on complex employee relations issues.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing HR plans and policies to drive business success.
  • Managing and overseeing HR operations across multiple sites and regions.
  • Providing training and development opportunities to HR teams and employees.
  • Cultivating a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 in a leadership role.
  • Experience working in an engineering, construction or manufacturing industry.
  • Relevant ER/IR legislative knowledge.
