Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Resource Optimization Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will play a critical role in delivering comprehensive asset management services and providing essential on-site technical support to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing guidance and solutions to meet business needs.
  2. Develop and implement a full life-cycle strategy for each individual mining asset, including acquisition, deployment, maintenance, and disposal.
  3. Collaborate with technical and operational teams to develop and provide detailed asset specifications to the procurement department.
  4. Manage the end-to-end process of asset delivery and commissioning, ensuring a smooth transition into operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, project management, or similar – or equivalent industry experience working with mining fleet.
  • Proven experience in asset management within the mining industry.
  • Strong understanding of mining equipment and operations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., asset management systems, data analysis tools).
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
