Job Opportunity

We are seeking highly skilled customer service professionals to provide exceptional support at our Snowy Hydro Discovery Centre.

This is a dynamic environment where you will be part of a team that delivers outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all visitors have a positive and welcoming experience
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages with efficiency and care
  • Manage transactions accurately using the point of sale system
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented café space, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Handle customer enquiries in person, over the phone and online with a helpful approach.
  • Restock cafe supplies and assist with stock management to keep the cafe running smoothly.
  • Support teammates across cafe and visitor services during busy periods.
About You
  • You're an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for connecting with people from diverse backgrounds
  • You're reliable, flexible and thrive in fast-paced environments
  • You take pride in delivering outstanding service and maintaining high standards of organisation
  • You're a team player who is willing to contribute to the success of your colleagues
  • You have previous barista and/or hospitality experience (highly valued).
