Job Overview

  • Create a welcoming environment for all visitors
  • Take orders, prepare, and serve food and beverages with efficiency and care
  • Operate the point of sale system, handle cash, and manage transactions accurately
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented café space, following food safety and hygiene standards
  • Handle customer enquiries in person, over the phone, and online with a helpful approach
  • Restock cafe supplies and assist with stock management to keep the cafe running smoothly
