Job Title: Contracts Administrator">

The primary objective of this role is to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients from the point of sale finalization through contract commencement. As the main contact between our organization and the sales team, you will be responsible for drafting and estimating throughout the pre-construction process, as well as processing Contract Variations and/or Sales Variations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Ensure seamless communication with clients to meet their requirements before Prestart.
  • Contract Administration: Accurately process and finalize working drawings, addendas, and contract documents.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Utilize excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to address client concerns and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Possess strong customer service and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with clients, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Effective in analyzing situations, identifying solutions, and implementing plans.
  • Proficiency in MS Office: Skilled in utilizing information systems to manage tasks efficiently.
  • Time Management and Organization: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
