At Assure, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and support. We are looking for a dynamic Client Services Officer to join our team and help us continue to exceed our customers' expectations.

You will play a pivotal part between linking our customers with our Assure EAP services. Due to the nature of these calls, it is crucial that you can think quick on your feet and use your skill and knowledge to ensure calls are handled with empathy and quality assurance to ensure best practice outcomes.

Using your outstanding customer service skills will ensure that performance targets are being met whist being able to proactively manage customers and assist appropriately to deliver the best possible customer experience.

You are natural at being able to:

• Listen to the client and understand their enquiry.

• Collaborate with other team members and departments to deliver optimal solutions.

• Confidentially capture/ update information into our systems

• Use a range of systems to locate and provide accurate information to both internal departments and to clients

This is a full-time role, working across a rotating roster from Monday to Friday, with hours between 7am and 4pm. We can work with you to plan hours that suit your needs

To be successful, you should:

• Have a passion for delivering outstanding customer experience. This might come from a previous call centre role or perhaps you have worked in retail in a customer facing role

• Be able to multitask across different systems including the Microsoft Office suite and CRMs

• Be a fast, autonomous worker who can work effectively alone and within a team setting; and

• Have a high level of attention to detail and resourcefulness
