About the Role

We're on the lookout for a full-time Client Success Team Member to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, building strong relationships, managing entity setups, and ensuring seamless communication with ASIC and the ATO. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment where no two days are the same, this one's for you.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and nurture client relationships

* Coordinate new entity setups and maintain compliance

* Communicate with ASIC and the ATO

* Deliver exceptional client service daily

* Using tools like Xero, FYI, and CAS360 to stay efficient and organised

* Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client experiences
