About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contract Manager to join our team at D'Arcy Weil, a global leader in energy storage solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and negotiating Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contracts for large-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of EPC contracts for BESS projects, from negotiation to execution, ensuring seamless project delivery.
  • Contract Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate contract terms and conditions to safeguard the organisation's interests.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project management, legal, and finance teams to align contracts with strategic goals.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate contractual risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Contract Performance: Monitor contract performance and manage any changes or amendments.
  • Dispute Resolution: Handle claims, disputes, and contract-related issues to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
  • Expert Advice: Support the project teams by providing expert advice on contract management and legal matters.

Requirements
