Job Role

As a senior Occupational Therapist, you will provide clinical support to our clinicians.

You will be based at one of our four locations: Campbelltown, Bowral, Goulburn, or Aspley.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing an allocated caseload and delivering therapeutic services promptly
  • Assessing clients' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical functioning through observations and assessments
  • Interpreting findings to set personalized treatment goals
  • Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions
  • Supporting environmental adaptations at home, school, work, or residential facilities
  • Recommending assistive technology to enhance independence

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
  • Registration with relevant state/territory health department
  • Experience in managing complex caseloads and delivering high-quality patient care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
