Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to deliver person-centered nursing care in collaboration with individual patients and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Delivering best practice evidence-based nursing care;
  • Supervising and supporting less experienced clinicians;
  • Communicating effectively through the use of information technology, written and verbal means, and interpersonal skills;
  • Applying evidence-based practice and critical thinking to advocate for and implement individualized person-centered care;
  • Prioritizing and organizing workload to deliver care with integrity and accountability;
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse;
  • Demonstrated competencies in and knowledge of the complexities and challenges involved in providing nursing care in a multidisciplinary team;
  • Effective clinical communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A commitment to quality improvement and patient-centered care;
  • Recent clinical experience relevant to the position, including evidence of participation in own professional development and commitment to maintaining competence and enhancement of skills;
