Business Operations Specialist

This high-impact role combines analytical thinking with business acumen and stakeholder engagement.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented professional to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who excels at collaborating across departments, interpreting complex datasets, and developing strategies that directly enhance business performance.

You will support leadership by delivering actionable insights, driving operational improvements, and formulating strategic plans to elevate departmental efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Cross-functional collaboration to identify operational inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
  • Designing and implementing strategies to enhance departmental processes, data quality, and overall team effectiveness
  • Monitoring daily business operations and validating key data inputs from various teams for accuracy and consistency
  • Developing and maintaining performance reports and dashboards, presenting insights to senior management
  • Supporting goal-setting and roadmap planning for key business functions, focusing on continuous process improvement
  • Handling ad hoc business requests through analysis and evidence-based solutions
  • Working closely with department leads to address underperformance and develop data-backed corrective strategies
  • Identifying and implementing automation opportunities to streamline recurring reporting and operational tasks
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in fast-paced or growth-oriented organizations
  • Proven success in driving process improvements and business performance through data-backed recommendations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to build trust and influence across departments
  • Experience working closely with multiple business functions and aligning them on shared goals
  • Proficient in Excel and comfortable with SQL or similar tools (BI/dashboarding knowledge is a plus)
  • Highly adaptable, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to translate complex data into clear narratives
