About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Business Performance Specialist to join our Central Fulfilment team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the financial planning process, goal setting, forecasting, and follow-up throughout the yearly cycle.

Main Responsibilities:

Drive the financial business planning process, ensuring alignment between financial dimensions and unit priorities while creating commitment among stakeholders during goal setting.Secure the measurement of various performances (KPIs) in accordance with global guidelines and definitions. Identify areas of non-compliance and take immediate corrective action.Closely work with operations to proactively support major KPI performance; organise workshops for business improvement, benchmark activities, etc.Have a thorough understanding of the unit's profit and loss, reducing costs and considering all impacts on the P&L. Follow up on results and act upon any deviations.Secure and develop cost-conscious awareness and behaviour within the Unit by providing good cost transparency, defining cost drivers, and initiating cost-saving activities.Provide relevant, user-friendly business information, securing competence within the organisation to enable analysis and understanding of business performance for optimal decision-making.Offer expertise to target groups in a way that inspires and engages them to take meaningful decisions and actions to achieve goals.

Additional Information:

This is a permanent full-time position requiring 76 hours per fortnight. The internal title for this role is Business Controller.
