The Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to support our transformation program of work through proactive use of data-driven analytics and insights delivered to key stakeholders.

  • Preparing regular scheduled reports for senior management, as well as ad-hoc reporting requests to support strategic decisions and workforce planning.
  • Sourcing high-quality data from both internal and external sources, assessing and cleansing the data to enhance accuracy.
  • Manipulating data to structures appropriate for processing, blending, and analysis using advanced tools.
  • Preparing and presenting data using visualisation tools to communicate insights effectively.
  • Automating processes where feasible to improve efficiency.
  • Documenting the data and preparation process for reliable repetition.

To succeed in this role, you will have demonstrated experience in data analytics providing quality reports to identify insights, trends, and themes to support business teams.

You will need high-level proficiency with data manipulation tools such as PowerBI, Excel, SQL Studio or Azure Studio, Blend and Analyse, ETL, Design Studio, and Publisher.

Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential to deliver analysis and commentary on data-deliverables for a non-technical audience.
