About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Property Exchange. As a key member of our support team, you'll provide exceptional first-line support to our customers, resolving inquiries and incidents efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via live chat, email, and phone, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with higher support levels and key business partners to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Embody our company values by delivering outstanding customer experiences, taking pride in your work, and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our digital property exchange platform, providing expert guidance and support to customers.
  • Build strong relationships with internal business teams and integrated service partners to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-focused environment, preferably in the legal or conveyancing industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong initiative and drive, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
