Technical Consultant

Wild Tech Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled Technical Consultant to join our team.

  • Design and implement customized business solutions using D365 Business Central and Power Platform.
  • Provide technical expertise and leadership in system integration and configuration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design and Customization:

  • Analyse client requirements to design tailored D365 Business Central and Power Platform solutions.
  • Customize and configure Business Central to meet specific business needs.
  • Develop custom applications and automation workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate.

System Integration:

  • Design and implement integrations between D365 Business Central and third-party platforms.
  • Configure and test API keys for secure and efficient data exchange.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues arising from system integrations.

Client Interaction and Support:

  • Engage with clients to understand their operational processes and provide technical solutions.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing technical support.
  • Monitor and maintain system performance.

Advanced Configuration and Licensing:

  • Configure advanced warehousing modules within Business Central.
  • Provide strategic advice on licensing and deployment of Business Central.

Collaboration and Documentation:

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Document technical specifications and processes.
  • Participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions.

Qualifications & requirements:

  • Appropriate tertiary degree and/or proven recent work experience.
  • Certifications in ERP systems are highly valued.
  • Permission to work in Australia.
