Senior Operations Director

The successful General Manager will lead a diverse team to deliver exceptional year-round services to both visitors and locals.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will drive business growth by overseeing key areas such as customer service, environmental management, assets, ski operations, childcare, marketing and events.
You will develop strong relationships with key stakeholders through excellent communication and engagement, while fostering a positive and inclusive culture for a seasonal workforce.
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have a proven track record of success in an executive leadership role within a complex environment.
Strong leadership skills combined with exceptional interpersonal skills are required to implement strategic initiatives that drive tourism and investment, generating visitation and revenue across current and emerging markets.
