As a Senior Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team to ensure the successful operation of our Victorian Alpine Resorts. Reporting to the CEO, you will drive the thriving operations across customer service, environmental services, assets, ski patrol and childcare, marketing and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to deliver high-quality services to visitors and locals

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders through exceptional engagement

  • Foster a collaborative and positive culture for a diverse, seasonal workforce

The ideal candidate will be a proven successful leader with a depth of experience working at an executive level in a complex environment. You will apply your strategic horsepower to develop tourism and investment initiatives that generate visitation and yield amongst current and emerging markets and position the resort for growth.
