Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate leader to join our centre team.

As the Assistant Director, you will be responsible for inspiring and motivating your centre team, driving continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations. You will collaborate with our dedicated leadership team, forge respectful and reciprocal relationships with families, and actively engage with the local community networks.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care

Mentoring and building capabilities within the centre team

Being responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence

Using and implementing best practices
