Lead with Compassion

We're seeking a Team Leader to inspire and support our exceptional team in High Care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to Support Workers.
  • Display confidence in aged care and medication management.
  • Conduct staff training, performance evaluations, and provide ongoing support and professional development opportunities.
  • Participate in service plan development and implementation.
  • Adhere to policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
  • Build positive team and house culture across participants and Support Workers.

Candidates with medical or aged care experience will ensure success in this role.

Requirements
  • Minimum Certificate IV in Disability or a related field.
  • Previous leadership experience within the disability sector.
  • Aged care or medical background in NDIS required.
  • Strong knowledge of disability support principles and practices.
  • Current first aid and CPR certification.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Understanding of NDIS framework and guidelines.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and evenings.
