Overview

Christmas Experience Team Leaders (Chief Elves) sought for the South East Brisbane region at Scene to Believe. As a Chief Elf in Santa's photo studio you will inspire, support and lead your team to create magical moments for all visitors. You'll be the calm through the festive season, keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring the magic never fades. This role covers sites in the South East Brisbane Region, including Sunnybank Hills, Victoria Point Shopping Centre, Grand Plaza, Hyperdome and Mt Gravatt.



What You'll Be Doing
  • Leading and motivating your team to deliver unforgettable visitor experiences
  • Managing daily operations, rosters and workflow
  • Welcoming families and keeping the atmosphere joyful and merry
  • Bringing the energy and maintaining positivity even on the busiest days
  • Leading from the front, showing your team how it's done with warmth, professionalism and a dash of festive flair
  • Overseeing POS operations, processing and packaging visitor prints and photo packages with care and attention to detail
  • Ensuring every family's photo moment with Santa is top quality, the ultimate keepsake and memory of their Christmas experience
