Care Team Leader Position

We are seeking dedicated professionals to inspire and support our teams, ensuring the highest standard of dignity, respect, and wellbeing for our participants.
This role requires a compassionate and driven leader with a heart for aged care or high care. The ideal candidate will have exceptional confidence in medication management and aged care practices.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to Support Worker teams.
- Display exceptional confidence in medication management and aged care practices.
- Conduct staff training, performance evaluations, and provide ongoing support and professional development opportunities.
- Participate in the development and implementation of service plans and strategies.
- Adhere to all relevant policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Build positive and collaborative team culture across participants and support workers.
- Minimum Certificate IV in Disability or a related field.
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the disability sector.
- Aged care or medical background in NDIS required.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of disability support principles and practices.
- Current first aid and CPR certification.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Understanding of NDIS framework and guidelines.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
