Fitness Team Leader

We're seeking a driven leader to manage our personal training team and drive revenue growth. As Lead Personal Trainer, you'll recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing trainers while ensuring members receive top-tier coaching and support.
The Role:- Recruit, onboard, and develop a team of talented personal trainers who align with our club's culture and values.
- Implement business strategies to expand client bases, increase personal training revenue, and meet sales targets.
- Oversee HIIT classes, timetables, and deliver engaging fitness experiences that inspire member participation.
- Maintain high service standards, ensure compliance, and create a safe training environment for all.
- Drive the in-club 8-week challenge and enhance member engagement through innovative programs.
- Collaborate with departmental leaders to improve the overall fitness experience, attend management meetings, and complete regular reports.
- 2+ years of supervisory/leadership experience, Cert III & IV in Fitness, and current First Aid/CPR certification.
- Proven success in personal training or small business, with a passion for helping others build thriving careers.
- Confident, dedicated, and performance-driven, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively, consistently meet targets, and thrive on continuous improvement.
- A customer-focused mindset, with a genuine interest in fostering strong member connections and relationships.
