Job Title: Client Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our Cinema team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service by ensuring timely delivery of marketing and theatrical assets to cinemas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data entry with high volume and accuracy
  • Coordinate asset distribution through various delivery networks
  • Support Warehouse staff during periods of increased activity
  • Customer Service support for clients in film distribution and exhibition
  • Invoice preparation support to consolidate data for accounts
  • Administrative support as needed for the Client Service team
  • Manage competing priorities and troubleshoot with urgency

Required Skills:

  • Degree qualification is advantageous, but not essential
  • Experience in Freight and Logistics is beneficial but not necessary
  • Client Service experience in the entertainment industry or traditional post-production background is valuable but not required
  • Proficient in MS Office Programs
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) skills
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and technical abilities
  • Attention to detail is crucial
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships across teams
  • Autonomous working ability
