Job Summary:

We are seeking an organized and enthusiastic Coordinator to provide exceptional customer service to our Film Studio clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver marketing and theatrical assets promptly to cinemas
  • Support logistics partners in coordinating asset distribution through various delivery networks
  • Collaborate with Warehouse staff during peak periods
  • Offer expert support for film distribution and exhibition clients
  • Assist in invoice preparation and data consolidation for accounts
  • Provide administrative assistance as needed for the Client Service team
  • Manage competing priorities and troubleshoot with urgency
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Degree qualification preferred but not essential
  • Experience in Freight and Logistics desirable but not essential
  • Background in Client Service or traditional post-production an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office Programs required
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving and technical abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
